  The worst service I have received in a long time. I was told one thing and then had to follow up when it didn't happen. I was then then told that they were busy and if I wanted an email for a copy of an invoice I had already paid for, I would have to pay for it. What a joke! Stay away from this location, there are plenty more stores that will be helpful close by.

  I also had to post a review. Have been going to this location since it opened. Nothing but the BEST service. Yes, it sometimes gets busy in the end of the day dealing with driver pick-up's but it is a busy location and there sometimes might be a few minute wait BUT it is a ONE STOP LOCATION for all your shipping needs!

  I too saw the negative comments and I felt that I needed to tell anyone who's reading this the truth. The service I receive is nothing short of exemplary every time I walk in the door. I've been with the store for a little over two years and have never had any problems. I always receive my mail and my packages on time. And delicate packages I receive are always handled with care. I recommend this store 100%

  I agree with the negative. reviews. The service is very slow, no one answers the phone during store hours; it just ring and rings. They owner is definitely not cut out to be handling customers, and clearly doesn't care about keeping customers he has. AVOID THIS STORE, if at all possible.
